Eligibility

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

  • Footwear should be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Products must include original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • Items bought during sale/offer periods are not exchangeable, nor refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Party Wear Footwear are not returnable.

  • Any footwear showing signs of usage, odor, dirt, or damage.

Return Process

  • Contact us at support channel provided at purchase with your order details.

  • Our team will review and approve the request if eligible.

  • Once approved, ship the product or return to our store address.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges can be done for size issues, defects, or wrong delivered product.

  • Customers may choose any available product of equal value, or pay the difference if higher.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
